There are many New Year's resolutions floating around out there. Some of you are holding strong and doing a great job keeping yours while others' resolutions make be a little shakey right now. If you are still looking for your resolution, how about a healthy smile?
Crest® Toothpaste and Oral-B® Pro-Health® system of products announced their campaign this year to help more Americans take care of their oral health. After learning a staggering statistic that 1/4 of Americans lose all of their teeth by the age of 65, they have set out to help educate the public on the simple sets they can do to improve their smile and keep it for their entire life. Here are some steps to improve your oral health:
1. Visit your dentist. Make sure you discuss any problems you are having so your dentist can address them immediately.
2. Eat a balanced diet. Limit the amount of sugary snacks and other food offenders that can contribute to tooth decay. (Note: If you have a resolution to go on a diet, this is will help both resolutions! Bonus!)
3. Use a line of teeth cleaning products like Crest® Pro-Health® Toothpaste and Multi-Protection Rinse. Also, using the Oral-B® CrossAction® Pro-Health® Brush will help to thoroughly brush teeth and clean the entire mouth with its CrissCross® and Power Tip® bristles.
